Feed young chicks as soon as possible after hatching with Allen & Page Chick Crumbs. Ensure they are fed until they are 6-8 weeks of age and provide them with free access. In the week before changing to Poultry Grower Pellets, mix the crumbs and the pellets to ensure a gradual changeover. In an emergency, these crumbs can be fed to ducks or geese, though it should be done with caution as some products contain an anti-coccidiostat which can be harmful to them.
